Return & Exchange Policy
At Na’auao Collective LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we put great care into everything we create.
Please note that all sales are final.
The only exception to our final sale policy is if you receive an item that is damaged.
If this happens, please contact us right away.
In the case of a damaged item, we will gladly offer you an exchange for a new piece or store credit. We do not issue refunds for any purchase.
